Right and Wrong… Lets talk about it
Okay, so I believe that everything in its simplest form is either right or wrong/ black or white. There have been disagreements on this philosophy, ie my ex, but that is my opinion. There is no gray area.
So here is the question… who decides what is wrong? Who gets to make that grand decision that you are most definitely going to the dog house? Right and wrong is a little subjective, just a small amount.
I looked at what I was doing and made the conscious choice
I saw the line and I challenged it to push back
I weighed the risk and jumped, hard
I waited for the dark smoke to consume me as I sat on the fence
I turned around and looked back from across the line and saw what I had left behind
I asked was it worth it to follow a feeling instead of reason as I wait for what I chose to crumble around me
Sitting alone, dark, and cold wishing that there was a way to get out, to run back, as my feet stick in the ground.
